I came with my service dog and the staff were exceptional with her. Very friendly and willing to accommodate. They even offered her a container with water.

The food the last couple of times I've gone had been really good also.

We stopped into ESM fir dinner on Tuesday because it is a family favorite and this particular restaurant is really neat with the multi level dining room.

To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. The place was absolutely filthy. Tables were dirty and it those bussing tables didn't even wipe them down, just cleared the plates/cups. The floor was slippery and the tables were sticky.

Portions have changed too. The chicken parm...

This restaurant has really declined as far as food, service and atmosphere goes. Our table was sticky, chairs where wobbly, we did not have cutlery or napkins, there was several messy tables uncleared which increased the number of fruit flies. My pasta was tasteless (Shrimp fettucini alfredo) and service was slow. Poor choice by us for a birthday celebration. Needs new management to get things back up to a 4-5 star.
