One of the worst food places in Waterloo. They are very stingy with portions. If you order double meat they give such a small amount it’s ridiculous. So many other great places to try. Avoid at all costs

Discusting! Stingy on the toppings . Burrito was rolled all wrong and broke apart after first bite. Took 20 min to make a burrito and chips n queso. Breaded chicken was undercooked. Only had a very small piece of chicken in the burrito. The queso leaked inside the bag of chips. Absolute disaster. Vegetables were old looking. To the owner ..... Don't bother asking for me to email customer service cause that is a generic way of deflecting other customers away from this poor review. As a franchisee you should be ashamed of this restaurant

Amazing Service from Khushi at Fat Bastard Burrito!
Khushi was absolutely fantastic during my visit! She greeted me with a warm smile, took my order with care, and made sure everything was just the way I wanted. Her positive attitude and friendly service made the whole experience even better. You can tell she truly cares about customers.

I really liked their tequila lime chicken tacos, PACKED with flavor, also tried my brother’s fish tacos, also excellent. I normally don’t like whole tomatoes but I did not notice them at all. The only complaint I have is how empty it was in here, y’all better come and try something here.

I love Fat Bastard, but coming here is such a pain. The lady always takes so long, and protitizes other customers before. I ordered today and she took another persons order, who was having trouble deciding. After 10 mins my order was made, and still wasn't on the grill 10 mins later.

I appreciate there customer service they are very polite and humble also i have tried there burrito and loaded fries. I would truly recommend all foodie people to have these.
