1. The taste of the meals is hit and miss. Many meals are tasteless and may be worse on weekends.2. Most of the staff are very kind, but sometimes some people lose their patience, but this is understandable since they have to open for business all day long3. The price is too expensive for students without a meal plan. A certain discount should be considered for all full-time students.

Here's the rundown for the perspective students, since I looked at this when I was applying. Food is overall mid so I personally wouldn't get a meal plan. Getting the apartment style meal plan is better, since you can spend it at the food court and here, and alternate so you don't get tired of either. Keep in mind they're literally cooking for hundreds of students so you can't expect too much. A blessing during the exam season though

The food here can be hit or miss. Sometimes, choices such as salmon tastes amazing, and others aren't appetizing at all. When trying to feed so many students, focus on serving food you can cook well, even if it's more bland, rather than screwing up these fancy dishes. I have also seen many food handling procedures being broken, most commonly the cross contamination of raw eggs and cooked food.
