They have very inconsistent output. I had a fantastic salmon pokebowl from this location yesterday and had a horrible salmon pokebowl from this location today. The person making the bowl found it acceptable to out frozen pickled onions in the bowl, didn't add avocado as should have, and added cilantro which I especially asked to not add as I have an allergy. Will make sure to not return here.

Today I ordered Teriyaki bowl with chicken in morning. I had to say they were busy but the guy managed so nicely and he made me food very quickly. He was very friendly and the food was very fresh.

Very disappointed as I used to love this location. Several ingredients not available. I tried to order their lemon grass soup, The staff member looked at it in the container and suggested I not order it. I tried to order my daughter a smoothie, the staff member had to alter it as they had no strawberries. We ended up ordering two smoothies, two bowls and a quesadillas . The bowls came soaked in sauce making the bowls more soup than salad. The staff member forgot to tell us that they did not have ingredients that were to be in the bowls so my daughters felt like rice and sauce. The quesadillas were uncooked. This location has changed for the worst. I don't know if it is under new management but quality and service has changed significantly and not for the better. I love Freshii's, but I would avoid this location until they get back on track.

It was on a weekend a couple of weeks back. We ordered Chipotle and a Buddha satay bowl. Very disappointed with this outlet. The Buddha satay bowl was only 50% and both bowls had 2-3 pieces of each vegetable. Dissapoiting.

Had to wait over 30 minutes for my food. They got my order wrong. I then had to wait another 30+ minutes for them to remake it. The friends I was meeting for lunch finished their meal and needed to leave before I received my food. I will not be back.

won't be going back. They were out of several items needed for my order of 2 bowls and a soup. I also would not count the soup as soup since the broth didn't even go halfway up and the noodles were under cooked. All items looked fresh but the taste is so poor I couldn't finish.

Horrifically bad service here. Partly the staff working being extremely slow and partly that they are severely understaffed. I had to wait nearly 30 minutes to even ORDER with only one other person in front of me and one pickup order in waiting. The people in front of me had been waiting at least the same amount of time to get their food and order. Insane. Staff your restaurant properly.

This is the worst Freshii in KW area. Bowl was half full, meanwhile in other Freshiis they give you a full packed bowl. Also I specifically asked the server to not add tomato since I’m allergic. He still added even though he wrote it in the order :/
The one in Northfield is my favorite.

Update: I came again and unfortunately service was the same. I’ll leave these two pictures, first one is from Freshii in Northfield, second one is from here. Judge by yourselves.

Bowls were maybe half full, normally they're filled to the top of the take out containers. Hardly any sauce was added to the bowls so we had to add our own dressings at home.

I recommend eating literally anywhere else.

Went to purchase two bowls and the one employee working was too busy with their personal call to inform me that they have no protein options available tonight. She just entered the order, asked if I will be paying with debit then turned away to continue her call before I asked about the protein.

The Restaurant was empty so I’m not sure how they could be out of tofu and chicken.
