Giving one star because there is no option for zero. Ordered a Buddha bowl tonight. Came home and my rice noodles are still hard and completely uncooked - I actually can’t even eat this? I paid for extra portions of vegetables, and was not given extra. Cashier seemed annoyed at the presence of customers in the store within an half hour of closing. Tried calling the store but no one is answering the phone.

What a disappointment! We've loved Freshii for years. Tonight we got 3 meals-only 1 of which was very good. The chicken tasted like shredded, canned chicken. The romaine lettuce was BROWN (see photo). That's not dressing in the picture. It looks like it should have gone into the green bin. I phoned and was told by the employee that all their lettuce was brown and there was nothing they could do unless I call back in 2 days when the manager is in.Update: The manager contacted me and gave me new salads that were much better. I appreciate them reaching out.

The food was pretty good, but my friend had no tofu on her Buddha bowl. It should have come with tofu and she was very disappointed. Only one staff was working at lunch hour and there was a long line. So it took a while.

We always get the bowls and they are a great size for filling you up or having a little extra for the next day.The place itself is always clean and the staff are great. Bought the mixed berry smoothie and it tastes like sour water. Not sure there are even the right ingredients in it? Its supposed to be dark purple...super disappointed to be charged $7 for this.

The chipotle Sauce is WAY spicier than average chipotle. I couldn't even eat my food as my mouth was on fire. I brought my food back and asked what kind of chipotle they used and the worker said that they make it homemade. Totally fine however I explained that it was unlike any chipotle I've had. They recommended another sauce I could try but wanted me to pay for my replacement meal when I already spent $15 on the first one. I told her I did not want to pay for another meal & she gestured that it was my issue & left the cash register. Anyways, not the biggest deal in todays world but I feel that it was an advertisement error as chipotle sauce should not be that spicy & they maybe should advertise it as "spicy chipotle"...customer isn't always right, so I may be wrong but I was kind of bummed When I left as I felt as if they just did not care at all.

Guy overcharged me. I just paid 15$ for a 10$ burrito. Too bad the machine at the Burrito spot next door wasnt open. Just went here cuz I couldnt go next door. Wont come back that was a rude rip off. Im not about to get mad an cause a scene. Just fook yer ratings ya know bud? 1 star accross the board, revengeeeee!!!!!!! ?
