I went in because I thought this place is famous for amazing croissants. However, I feel the taste was pretty average because they didn’t seem fresh. Croissants seemed frozen.
I tried : Matcha Croffle 3.5/5 Hazelnut Mocha 4/5 - love this one though! Hazelnut iced Latte 4/5

I did not enjoy the croissants as well as the iced hazelnut mocha. I got the chocolate hazelnut croissant and the matcha croffle and was really disappointed. The croissants looked okay but the size is really small for the price. The server/cashier didn’t seem interested in serving the customers. The interior space was also not maintained well. It was kept really dirty. The iced hazelnut mocha was too sweet and there was NO hazelnut syrup in it. The food is also not worth the price. I wouldn’t come back to this location for sure.

Limited but delicious variety of pastries.
We tried several croissants. The collection included almond caramel, butter garlic, and tirramisu.
Ovetall, they tasted fresh and very good. The creamy ones were tasteful, and the butter tasted real. they were balanced, not too sweat and at all did not tastr artificial.
We haven't tried the regular croissants, which would serve as a reference.
Finally, they pack the items in a nice box, which can be good as a casual gift.

This is the second time I’ve been there and menus is horrible, with the large selection of menu they hardly have anything to sell/left in stock. The worker was confused herself and didn’t know what she was doing.And the place is getting dirty

Delicious croissants but I'm not convinced it's worth the $6 price. The chocolate did taste premium and the croissant was flaky. Lots of delicious looking choices, but you need to go earlier in the day or most will be gone. The bubble tea was good as well and typically priced. The service was good and the girl behind the counter was meticulous and friendly. I would not say it was slow, but it was not fast either. Nowhere to eat inside, and a small space. It's only takeout or you eat out on the patio.

I tried a couple of croissants here and liked the almond croissant the best. It surprised me how small the croissants were. I was expecting them to be bigger. I did not enjoyed the Hazelnut coffee either.

I just feel that I personally would like someone to have given me the heads up about what I ended up experiencing.Positively, I was over-the-moon with their hazelnut croissant and their lemon glazed croissant --5+ stars in my opinion. They were crunchy and with the perfect amount of sweetness and interesting flavours -- phenomenal! I would have these again.However, negatively, I bought a number of croissants that had a cream product (custard croissant and the strawberry one) that were completely moldy (the cream part). I spit it out, not wanting to get food poisoning. My hubby ran to the garbage can to spit his croissant out, saying "mold" and "one star review." I am disappointed because they were pricey so I had to throw out at least half of the croissants and another one that had cream on top that I was scared by. I realized later that their displays in their store for their croissants don't appear to have refrigeration. I personally don't mind spending more on baked goods if I get a wonderful treat, but mold really disappointed me. ?I came here because of a recommendation by a friend. I bought some for her of the kinds she wanted: lemon glaze and honey glazed. Those were safer options. I should have stuck to those and the hazelnut one.No dine-in.Products: drinks and desserts. I enjoyed their croissants but wayyy to small for the price. If you buy 6 it'll cost you about $30. If money isn't an issue for you when it comes to a treat then this is the place for you.
I got 6 croissants and garlic bites.Chicken cheese: it was not for me, it was a bit too sweet and just not great overall.Caramel almond: I feel something is a bit off, maybe the filling but overall nice, especially the croissant.Raspberry Pana cotta: some bites were good but some bites were bad, the filling was not for me but the croissant is nice.Chocolate banana: had nice filling, a lovely croissant it's absolutely delicious and great with the bananas on top, my favourite item and probably one of the best croissants I've ever had.Strawberry: the croissant was pretty good but a bit overdone tasting and textured, in my opinion but good with the strawberries on top.Garlic bites: I did not like the texture of the croissant nor the flavour of the garlic spread it was oddly sweet, my least favourite item.I'd go again just for the chocolate banana croissant alone.

Got 2 drinks, the server was sooo rude. I dont think I'll ever go back, havent had rude service lik that in a long time. Then when I opened up the drink lid it wasnt even full. I asked for less sweet and the drink is sooooo sweet, Hazukido is horrible in Waterloo. Such a terrible
