Very good food, Lalita was very nice and welcoming.
I am satisfied with the dining experience at Rani Chettinad. Their Hyderabadi chicken dum biryani was awsome. Highly recommended.
Also, Excellent customer service by Lydia and Durai for treating us well.
The ambience was quite congested and noisy, but worth the money.

I have recently visited Rani chettinad. Being a Tamil girl, it was my first time visiting this place. I really loved their Ambur biryani. The rice was well immersed in flavours while the meat cooked to its finest. Kuddos to the chefs who have made it. I would really loved to thank the front desk Staff, Durai for recomending this dish.

Based on the reviews, Rani Chettinad - The Indian Kitchen is a fantastic destination for authentic South Indian cuisine and other Indian dishes. The dining experience features standout meals like the Mirchi Bajji, which is perfectly crispy and flavorful, and the Chicken 65, which is delicious, tender, and juicy. The Chicken Chettinad stands out with its rich, aromatic spices. The Garlic Naan and Malabar parota are soft and fresh. The Ambur 65 biriyani is delicious with aromatic and flavourful rice. The rava dosa and kothu roti are phenomenal, and the dosa is quite huge. The Onion Pakoda, Onion Uttapam, and Rava Dosa are very tasty with authentic flavors. However, the service is pretty slow and the restaurant seems quite understaffed. Some dishes, like the chicken curry and parotha, lack flavor and authenticity. The food is also expensive for students, though the portions are big for a good price on some items. Overall, it is a good place for a few specific dishes but not for others.
