I visited Hop House in Waterloo last Friday with a small group of friends, and we had such a great experience! Our server, Hannah, was fantastic—super knowledgeable about the wine list and cocktail menu. I ended up ordering the Pork Belly Sliders, and they were incredible crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with the gochujang honey. Hannah’s service was friendly, attentive, and made our whole evening even better. Highly recommend both the food and the experience!
