This place is such a vibe and my go to on a night out!! Always a great time at hop! Maggie is such an attentive server and was such a sweetheart, really made the experience so much better. All the bartenders treat you with such great service as well. Highly recommend!!!

Easily the best bar I’ve been to in Waterloo thus far!! The food was amazing, service was even better, and the atmosphere during the playoff game was absolutely incredible!! Will 100% be returning!

Boy oh boy… where do I begin? Brought some friends from out of town to the hop house patio (all of our first times), and we were genuinely blown away. A patio like this belongs somewhere in Toronto, or Paris, or something - who woulda thought something so cool would be tucked away in uptown Waterloo. Food rocked! Drinks were crisp, And the staff were excellent.
