I visited Hop House in Waterloo last Friday with a small group of friends, and we had such a great experience! Our server, Hannah, was fantastic—super knowledgeable about the wine list and cocktail menu. I ended up ordering the Pork Belly Sliders, and they were incredible crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with the gochujang honey. Hannah’s service was friendly, attentive, and made our whole evening even better. Highly recommend both the food and the experience!

*edit, tried another Uber order for the same menu items as they are my fave.. everything came very quickly, and there was an extra cheesecake included. Ty!!

Orders off uber, wait two hour to have a completely wrong order delivered :(

Hilary was a fantastic server. She was friendly and made us feel welcomed. She did make sure to check on us often. This was a great first impression since it was our first time here. Love the patio and the privacy but the open atmosphere. We also learned this is a dog friendly patio. We will definitely be back!!
