I’ve been going to IPHO since I started at UW. It is one of those restaurants that are consistent and never disappoint you. It's also reasonably priced, has nice ambiance and a great place to go eat alone. My go to is P4 with either crispy rolls or fresh rolls! The Vietnamese coffee is great too!!
My absolute favourite place to go for a bowl of pho in waterloo! Even though the place seems small, whenever I step in, it’s like I’m at home. The pho tastes exactly like home and so delicious! Will continue to support the family business!!
by far this is the best pho spot in waterloo. tried all the other ones and this is the only one i keep coming back to
