I first tried this place when I had just started school in Waterloo. Since then, pho has become one of my favourite foods, and I’ve tried it all over North America—New York, Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, and plenty of other places.
The spicy pho here is still the best pho I’ve ever had in my life.
I’m not in Waterloo anymore, but I almost want to come back for a day just to see how they make it so I can try to recreate it myself, haha.
