“I’ve been to Molly Bloom’s Irish Pub in Waterloo several times now, and it continues to be one of my favourite places to grab a drink with friends. While I’d describe the food as decent pub fare rather than the main attraction, the overall experience keeps me coming back.

From the moment we arrive, he’s friendly, professional, and genuinely makes everyone feel welcome. He’s attentive without hovering, remembers drink orders, checks in at the right times, and somehow manages to stay upbeat and personable even when the pub is packed. It’s clear that he cares about giving customers a great experience.

“My sister and I hosted our mom’s retirement party on the upper level with a large group of people in a drop-in style party with apps and drinks and MANY tabs. Olivia and Jack were AMAZING servers managing so many orders, and later, bills! They were checking in frequently, and were incredibly friendly!! Sooo thankful to all the staff here for cooperating with the larger group, ordering apps in advance for the group, and for continuous check-ins during a busy time!
