The KFC in Waterloo provides a cozy and inviting atmosphere where customers can enjoy a delicious meal with friends or family. The customer service is efficient and friendly, with staff taking orders promptly and accurately. The chicken is perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a strong KFC flavor. The variety of side dishes and sauces complement the main course well. Prices are reasonable and portions are generous. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining environment. The location on Weber offers a great pre-order and pick-up experience, with helpful and communicative staff. The food is fresh and well-prepared, and the labeled buckets make it easy to distribute the meal. Customers have praised the crispy and hot fried chicken, as well as the excellent customer service and well-coordinated team. Even when mistakes happen, the staff makes things right, often replacing food for free and adding extra fries. The chicken sandwich is highly recommended for its delicious taste, and the onion rings and cinnamon crisps are crispy and satisfying. The dining room is generally clean, though sometimes the floor near the pop might be sticky due to self-serve, which is understandable. Overall, KFC Waterloo offers a tasty and satisfying dining experience, with friendly staff like Constance Davis who provide great assistance and kindness.
