Originally left a 1 star review after the order was messed up. I went in the next day and they replaced my food for free. Even gave extra fries. Manager working on Nov 5 at 1:45 is phenomenal and the night shift manager should take notes. They made a mistake and they made it right. I’m very satisfied.

The chicken sandwich was delicious. The cashier gave me great advice about the original being hand made. Onion rings and cinnamon crisps were crispy. The dining room was clean. The mat near the pop was sticky but maybe when people self serve there will always be pop on the floor. The food came quickly and all the staff were kind and helpful.

Overall - We were drawn in by the Limited Time Pickel menu and were dissapointed overall. Have had way better pickle brined chicken that way less greasy.
Food - Ordered the Pickle Chicken Sandwich and fries. Forgot how terrible KFC fries we actually ended up just tossing them out after eating one or two. The sandwiches were alright but I think its just a big crunch covered in some sort of pickle seasoning and pickly mayo. End of the day its just a greasy big crunch sandwhich...
