If I was allowed to give to give the Trio a 20 star review, I would do it. First off. We were celebrating my fiancees New Job opportunity, and they personalized the menu to congratulate her. Secondly, the staff are extremely professional. They treat you like royalty. And lastly, but definitely not least, the food. When I say that this is the best food I've had in my life I mean it. Stopped in for an impromptu Friday night dinner on the recommendation of a local friend, and we’re so glad we did.
We were warmly welcomed by staff and seated right away despite not having a reservation which was a great start to the evening. The menu is on the smaller side, but it’s well-curated, with unique dishes that feel intentional and refined. They recently swapped out their Wagyu steak for striploin due to the ongoing trade-related sourcing concerns....

Great experience. If you’ve got a date, bring them here. The food along gives you something to talk about. The service is top notch.
