Wanted to order a donaır platter for dinner, but the person at the cash register was rude and disrespectful.
I asked him to cut it fresh and serve it without grilling it.
The disrespectful and rude man told me that he couldn't serve it without grilling. So far, it's normal and natural for him to say this.
I asked why, he said we don't serve it without grilling. He said if you don't want it, you can leave.
This is very disrespectful behavior towards a customer. I have never felt so humiliated before. It is very rude for him to tell me that I have to leave.
I left quietly but if anyone wants to eat here, please take this comment into consideration and empathize..

I ordered two items off of the buy one get one menu in Uber Eats. They only sent one of each item. I called the store to see what happened And if they could send the other half of my order which they never offered and claimed that I made a mistake ordering. And I explained to them that I ordered off the buy one get one menu. They claimed that when you order off the buy one get one menu you need to specify if you would like the second order or just one. SHADY

This place has a cult following among UW students and is a bit overhyped but it is still the best shawarma on campus. Lazeez on the sticks is very good. The place has a washroom, which is very convenient, although the cleanliness could be better.
