Disappointed! Service was extreme slow. Waitress brought out wrong order. Gave us coffee with just 2 packs of sugar, did not even offer cream or sugar.Clay pot varieties limited, did not have what’s shown on menu. Ordered a fish sandwich but received a very dry fried chicken sandwich instead. The chicken looked like it had been refried. Very dry throughout, worst chicken sandwich ever. The only thing I enjoyed was the coffee slush which was made next door…

Not a bad place to hang out and have a meal, but the food is average and the service is quite slow, which is fine if the main point is to socialize. The claypot rice comes with a ton of rice, so I don't like the ratio to the meat and vegetables and you hit diminishing returns quickly. The burgers were a bit disappointing as they were small, greasy, and the buns were subpar. The fries were solid, but the poutine was too salty and the cheese was not melted at all. The cold noodles aren't traditional style but still taste good.Their choice of music is hit or miss, but the vibe is alright otherwise, with a nice interior and clean bathroom.The redeeming qualities are that the prices are reasonable and there is a large variety of dishes, and the daily deals are decent. We especially like getting the Sunday buy 2 get 1 free desserts because the hojicha cheesecake is delicious and the cream puffs are good too. The other cakes are not bad either but nothing special.

I expected more but won't be coming back. The restaurant has a nice concept and cool interior but the food falls a bit flat. The taste was okay and the service was slow. Overall it was okay but not great.

Food was alright, but charging 7 dollars to add only one oz of lobster to a poutine is crazy. Also, the server messed up and forgot about my order a couple of times and I was almost charged for an extra item

We booked the party room for 14 people at 5 pm. I called a week in advance to make sure they could accommodate this large group. As well as, have us served in a timely manner as we had a show to see at 7 pm. The girl on the phone assured me that 5 was plenty of time. We arrived at 5 and I did not see a waitress until 5:30. She took our drink and food order at the same time. We had to ask about our drinks at 6 pm. The food did not arrive until 615 and one dish arrived at 635. The food was very good but we were rushed eating it. The food arrived only after speaking to staff about our time issue. I was very disappointed that this experience happened to our large group. It was not like we just walked in and surprised them. They knew in advance our large group was coming and to be prepared with extra staff. I would think twice before returning to this restaurant.

Bad service! One waitress providesLast time I went there with my friends, we ordered together but the dishes are not served after 40 mins. The chefs found that I was looking at their direction and asked me. I told them and they said they did not receive the order! They said they would make a new one for me, but found that it was took as a pick-up order! And the brought the cold dish to me. But the funnies thing was when I was waiting for the lobster roll after about half an hour, the waitress came and asked me how was everything with her typical horrifying fake smile! And she did not apologize at all!Two waitresses are not welcoming, unwilling to serve you. One time a waitress do not give you water after 15 mins. A waitress would not ask if you want more crispy for the claypot every time, and not bringing you ketchup when there are French fries. Also, she would not ask you when do you want to have the dessert when you ordered it at the same time with the main course.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I don’t typically come on here to complain, but holy smokes was our experience here an absolute disaster. Came in on the weekend before St. Paddy’s at around 8pm (place closes at 11) to celebrate my fiance getting into his choice PhD program earlier that day, and it was a huge mistake. The place was dead empty, and the young man who was serving us seemed like he had never serviced a table before. When we arrived we waited 30 minutes to get our water brought to the table, and when he finally brought it, he wasn’t ready to take our drink orders.With this in mind we decided to order our food with our drinks, keeping in mind that we would be waiting a while for our orders to be taken. When he eventually got there to take our order, the waiter took at least 2 minutes per person to listen to our order, consistently cut us off, and have to spell out everything in painstakingly long periods of time. All of us ordered the exact same thing, I don’t know what the issue was with speed.As we wait, folks come in and out of the place without getting spoken to by the waiter once they are seated. They eventually leave without saying anything after waiting for so long with no sign of when he’ll be around.I’ll save the details but we waited 1 hour 30 minutes for our food to come out, and he served our shots and drinks at the same time. My fiancé’s entire order was incorrect, from food to shots to his alcoholic drink. Make that make sense considering we all ordered the same things? Weird. Waiter wasn’t apologetic about the situation and tried to argue us on the order. Once that was determined and accepted by him, we waited at least another 45 minutes before he brought back the correct drink. We opted to have him keep the food for the sake of time as we knew it would be another hour before we got the correct dish at that rate.Once all was said and done, we were ready to head somewhere else to get another drink to try and improve this failed excuse of a celebratory night for a significant milestone in my fiancés life. We requested our bills at 11:15pm (after close because we had been sitting around waiting or the waiter to be present in the dining area). Finally when he came, he assumed our party of 5 was all on the one bill and when we requested them be separated it seemed like the end of the world. By the time we left it was nearly 12am.I really want to love this place as we are from the East Coast and love this places’ charm,But the drinks were lack luster and the service was quite literally the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. We all agreed on that. A huge milestone evening absolutely ruined because of our horrible service, and once we were gone all other places were far too packed or closed for us to enjoy.Based on this experience I would never recommend this place as much as I hate to say it. I am heartbroken because it has so much potential but this awful service and our ruined evening really is incomprehensible.
