After the Reno the food and drink selection was reduced. No decaf coffee, hot chocolate is now a powdered package and only one size available. Your a franchise, you should offer the same food/drink selections as other locations. Also, super slow service.

They figured it out. I just had the hands down best double QP I've ever eaten. It looked so perfect I almost didn't want to eat it.

Went here before work (in the morning) and got the Chicken McMuffin, 2 hashbrowns, and a small green tea. The Hashbrows didn't take fresh at all. The hashbrowns were all mushy like they had been sitting around for a few hours. They gave me the tea, and it was so hot I could barely hold it, they didn't give me a sleeve and when I was about to ask for one the lady serving me was already gone and there were no workers at the front at all. I waited for a bit for a worker but they never came to the front so I just had to leave. It was a really disappointing experience.

The guy was there working in slow motion , took 25 minutes to just make Tea , and it was online order , I ordered 10 earlier before i reach there,

The food was good but I got a burger with an extra patty ($1.50) they forgot my extra patty which was fine but when I gave my burger to them they said it would take 2 mins which again fine but then they gave it back after 2 mins WITHOUT THE PATTY! I was in a hurry so I didn't notice tell I left but I'm quite mad.

Terrible service today. Looks like I’m in middle of India ?? Mix of music that is coming from Walmart store and very loud Indian music that stuff listening on speaker or phon is killing my ears. Im not bringing my family here to eat anymore.??

Whenever I go to St. Jacob's Walmart, I go to the McDonald's there to get a drink or to get something to eat. The quality of food and service has been constantly going down since the beginning of this year. Today, I got a small lemonade which was just plain ice water. It seems that the staff there doesn't care about the integrity of this restaurant. I have made my mind that I am net going there anymore. I will take my business somewhere who can give me better service and quality food for my money. The franchisee of this restaurant should visit and see how the staff is running the business.
