Delicious, properly spicy broth with a variety of toppings. While the food was tasty, many of the toppings were mislabelled, some were frozen, and some seemed less than fresh. I wouldn’t mind this if it was cheaper but for the price offered, the wuality could be a little higher

Ordered on Uber 3 consecutive times. Got cancelled twice with no reason given, and the third time our malatang order got entirely cancelled just because they run out of oyster mushroom. C'mon if you are out of just one out of tens of ingredients, contact the buyer for confirmation. This is by far the worst ordering experience on Uber with this restaurant ever. Never considering this restaurant again and will move on to other malatang places in plaza. Don't bother.

One of my favourite places to eat in Waterloo! It’s so yummy and really hits the spot. The skewers are also very good and flavourful. I love the spice level. I’m always craving this and hope they’ll always be here. It is a little pricey but to me it’s worth the money, it might not be for everyone.

I picked medium spicy soup base and it is perfect. The soup is very tasty and the chicken skewers the owner recommended is very tender and yummy.

My friend and I used to love its sour and spicy soup. We went at least twice per month, and the last time was last Friday. Today, 2 out of the 6 sausages we have had some weird taste. The server and the chef kept saying that it was the normal taste from the soup base and the ingredients, which we always eat and know the normal taste... We also smelled some unpleasant odor from the kitchen when grabbing the ingredients. Would never go again.
