Great spot for a hot bowl of Pho. It comes fast and steaming hot. The broth is amazing prefect not too salty and perfectly balanced. You get perfect portions and a healthy amount of meat, definitely recommend giving it a try. Basic menu on weekdays, special items available during the weekends. Ask for extra fresh veggies and herbs if you like extra.

Best pho spot no cap. I used to go to this Pho place on the other side of Lanzhou but I never went back after trying this when it opened.

Their bun bo hue comes with alot of meat and packed with flavor. The vermicelli bowl is perfectly seasoned so delicious. Service is quick. One of our favorite places.

Everything is amazing about this place. Servers are also always kind. One thing I don't like about this place is that you can't pay credit + they don't let you split the bill on Fri + Sat. Like why? You're already doing super well; the place is always full, etc.

My colleague recommended this store, and I took my kids to have pho for the first time, we all love this place! The decorations are beautiful, food are excellent, service is amazing, all staffs are efficient. We will come back again.

I didn’t have my wallet today, so I had to pay by credit card — only then was I told that there would be a 3% fee.
There was no sign or notice about this anywhere, and it wasn’t even shown on the receipt.

Credit card surcharges in Canada aren’t supposed to exceed 2.4% and must be clearly disclosed to customers in advance.
They also only accept debit or cash, which is very inconvenient and gives the impression they might be avoiding credit transactions for tax reasons.

This feels unfair and unprofessional.
I definitely won’t be returning.

The pho and the spring roll were so good! The grilled pork chop, chicken and egg meatloaf dish was good. The best Western cuisine I have eaten. However, I got food poisoning after eating here the last time.

Really good food with really good portions! Service was good. A bit in the pricey side for pho, but you pay for quality!

Summer fresh rolls are only filled with only head lettuce and 2 shreds of carrots, and watery sauce. WAY BETTER fresh rolls in the KW-area.

Edit for clarity: I requested vegetarian fresh rolls, so I suppose they went off the menu, however I received just shredded head lettuce, 2 shreds of carrots and vermicelli.

Delicious coconut dessert! Creamy, not too sweet, with sago, pandan jelly, coconut jelly, and crystal boba — super refreshing!
