I attended brunch today with my five girlfriends and was extremely disappointed in the service and conduct of the staff. After waiting some time at the hostess booth to be seated for our reservation, our drink orders were taken promptly and food orders also placed. Food took well over an hour for simple orders of burgers and breakfast. When the eggs arrived all three plates were overcooked. Our server accidently spilled and broke a mimosa over our table and into a friend's plate and it was not made clear to her if she would be paying for her meal or not. This resulted in one of our party addressing the manager to ensure that it was removed from the bill and to speak about the very long wait time (at this point we had been seated for 2 full hours between waiting for food and drinks). The manager was unprofessional and rude- we paid our bills as quickly as possible and left. We will not be returning nor would I recommend that others try to attend brunch here.

We went for Thanksgiving dinner. They had a special menu for that day, which was very good and tasty, and the service was very attentive. Note: it could be better if you make a reservation.

Menu is nice, I liked the concept and ambiance. Even though how delicious the food sounds on the menu, I d say taste was average. It wasnt too bad but for example there was too much sauce in my pasta. Prices are fair tho. Service was slow but there was only one waitress looking after way too many tables on a Saturday night. I m
Not gonna complain with service we enjoyed our drinks and time there so no problem. But be ready to wait.

This resultant degraded so badly. The quality of food is not good. The service was awful. We didn't have menus for a long time, then no water. Deserts came at different time. The second round of drink was different than the first round, no ice , different glass!! My steak was awful! Really has chanced. Used to go here all the time a few years ago but will be the last time!
Absolutely delicious!!😋
Me and my friend had dinner at this restaurant last week. We ordered the short ribs and unfortunately, we both had a food reaction afterwards. I woke up in the middle of the night with cramps, nausea, diarrhea, and upset stomach - it was awful! My friend had similar symptoms but not as severe.
I called the restaurant the next day to report the incident and the manager was super polite, said they'd investigate and get back to me. But after not hearing from them, I called back and some other person answered who was very dismissive. They said they can't take on every complaint and implied it might not be their food's fault, suggesting I go to the doctor 🤯 Well, they could have told me that when I called them for the first time.
When I asked if they'd done an investigation, they said everything was fine with the short ribs, but didn't seem to consider the other components of the dish like the pomme purée and asparagus.
They could've handled it better. Won't be back. Too expensive and they don't seem to care about their customers.

the layout of the restaurant was very nice very fancy and well detailed the food however was very plain and very basic for the high extravagant restaurant. overall the food was mid nothing surprising or fantastic for the look of the restaurant. the service was very slow it took over 20 minutes to receive a burger that was basic at best.

Lovely atmosphere and staff. Food was mediocre and very small portions. $130 for 2 entrees and 2 glasses of wine.
Service was slow, 40 minutes to get breakfast served after ordering, it was not busy, maybe3-4 other tables. Food was cold.
The two of us were celebrating a birthday. I booked a Friday, 1:00 pm lunch. The restaurant was not busy. The decor was modern, with a relaxing colour scheme. The music was appropriate and quietly played in the background. The service was prompt and friendly. The food was fresh, with subtle flavours and seasonings. I had a roasted cauliflower chickpea with a mild curry sauce served in a bowl. My friend had a green salad with salmon. She was pleased with her choice. We would definitely choose to eat here again. There is ample parking on site.

Very nice place with comfortable seating. Staff is really nice. Went for lunch and they have a nice menu. Had a pumpkin soup with a delicious BLT sandwich.
We went for brunch to celebrate both our dating anniversary and our engagement the night before. My only minor complaint was that I made sure to put in the booking that we were celebrating two special milestones and I was hoping they could Offer something to make it extra special, but nothing was mentioned. Again, that’s a minor complaint and I definitely don’t hold it against the restaurant or the staff as they were great.
Drinks:
My fiancée had the bottomless brunch with mimosas as her drink. 50$ for a 2 hour reservation seemed totally reasonable and the drinks were filled quickly and tasted great. She was able to change between 4 different types of juice and we definitely got our moneys worth. I had coffee, which was really good and topped up regularly, Next time I will definitely do one of their spiked coffees
Food:
We got the Tuscan cheese bake as our app, it wasn’t what I expected but it was amazing. We got grilled naan instead of the crispy naan chips and that was a good move. The homemade tomato sauce (pomodoro?) and creamy goats cheese went amazing in the naan like making the best pizza I’ve had in a while.
She got the lemon ricotta pancakes with blueberry compote for the entree in the bottomless brunch. They were extremely moist and flavourful, As someone who likes more of a light fluffy pancake, I personally wouldn’t order them, but she talked about how good it was for the next three days and ate every bite. The fresh blueberry compote ontop was all around amazing.
I did the grilled halloumi breakfast sandwich Which was suggested by our lovely waitress. It was absolutely delicious, The spicy aïoli and avocado really helped cut through the salt from the cheese and bacon. The egg helped add a really nice richness and the bun that it was on was nice and fresh with a great chew. When we go back, I definitely think I will be having it again. The fries were pretty good, a little overcooked, but considering how great everything else was, that was a minor detail.
If you’re looking for a bottomless brunch place that’s open Saturday and Sunday I would highly recommend trying Proof out. It wasn’t cheap but for what you get I think it was good value At $110 after tax and a good tip

We had dinner at Proof Kitchen and overall it was a lovely experience. Our server Mario was absolutely amazing — attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The food was delicious, and he even surprised us with a free dessert for my sister’s birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch!
The only downside was that some of the other servers were shouting and being too casual near our table. It really killed the vibe, especially given the otherwise elegant atmosphere we were expecting.
If not for that, it would have been a perfect evening. Still, big thanks to Mario for making our experience special!
