We recently had the pleasure of enjoying the mint lemonade from Roll it up at our school event (University of Waterloo), and it was absolutely fantastic! The lemonade was incredibly refreshing with just the right hint of mint, making it a hit with all our students and staff. :D The family running the business was exceptionally helpful, patient, and polite throughout the entire process. They even offered us a generous discount, which we truly appreciated. Located in one of Waterloo's favorite spots - St. Jacob's Farmers' Market, this rolled ice cream is the perfect treat while you walk through the picturesque artisan market in the warm weather!Topped with a dollop of whipped cream, the rolled up strawberry ice cream was velvety and luscious, with a bright pink shade that seemed to make the day brighter! Each bite was utterly fresh and sweet, with the fruity goodness blending well with the refreshing ice cream.
