I brought my girlfriend here last night for her birthday. What an absolute incredible experience! From the moment Mirka greeted us and sat us at our table in the heated patio, Grace, so attentive to our needs and fabulous conversations and wine suggestions with Heidi. The apps, main course and desserts were top shelf delicious! This restaurant and staff are highly recommended if you want the best experience for you and your loved ones. We definitely will be back. We have never felt so welcome, Heidi and Grace were incredible. Both were super attentive, kind and we enjoyed wonderful conversations with them both during our meal. Atmosphere was sublime on the patio, it felt like we were at a high class Mediterranean restaurant and the food was to die for. Me and my boyfriend came here for our anniversary and we had an amazing time! The service was great! Alena was our server and she made the night to special for us! We will definitely be coming back and will tell our friends and family about what a special night it was! We got Hugo drinks to start, the meat and cheese app, I got the roasted chicken and my boyfriend got the baked salmon and we ended the night with the crème brûlée

I ordered a caesar salad to start. Had to ask for extra dressing because they barely put any on. The dressing is home made and is very good.
I ordered the steak and fries for dinner and the steak was very disappointing. It lacked taste..I didnt eat it all. I ordered it medium and I am pretty sure they gave me medium rare. The fries are very good along with their home made mayo sauce.
I had the Creme Brulee for dessert and it was delicious!!
I was very unsatisfied for the money that I spent. My bill came to $70.
I would of rather have gone to the keg for that.

Bruschetta was delicious - got with no olives. Smoked Chicken Fiorelli I felt like a big kid eating this pasta. Also tried the Sweet potato lasagna, sweet potato was too thick and mushroom was overpowering.

We had a fantastic evening at Solé, celebrating a belated birthday. We were promptly greeted and sat at our table on their beautiful patio. I truly think this is the best patio in Waterloo. Meal was fantastic— our steaks were cooked exactly as requested and everything was seasoned well. I cannot wait to go back!
