Sweet Lou’s is an absolute gem! I called to ask about birthday cookies and the owner was so friendly and helpful that I decided to head over. The shop has such a cool vibe and strong ties to local universities, it makes you proud to be part of the community. The staff were incredibly sweet, and they went above and beyond by decorating my cookie box with a birthday banner, blow horn, button, and napkins. Such thoughtful, next-level service before I even tasted a single cookie!...
