Another fabulous experience at the Weber St location. A very busy Saturday night because of the Festive Special. The staff are friendly and attentive especially Gail. I must hand it to her she is fantastic. Our waitress had her hands full and Gail stepped in, took our orders, brought us water, etc. She was keeping the whole place together. Thank-you Swiss Chalet staff for another great experience.

Ordered takeout. "Festive chicken sandwich" came with none of the condiments, just a plain chicken sandwich. Bacon cheeseburger also came with no condiments, lettuce, tomato, or onion, just a plain, dry burger. Have never gotten takeout from this location and had an actual good experience, always missing things or an absolute mess in the bag. Wish they would care. If you get takeout, check everything before you leave.

My fiancée went into this location this past Monday October 21st and Wednesday October 23rd around 7pm both times. The service she received was extremely sub par. The same server she had both times was very cold zero customer service skills and spent more time chatting with other customers and other servers. Never checked on her about the quality of the meal or anything. If you are a server you need people skills. My fiancée prior to her current job has tons of server experience herself. We have been to other locations and have been treated so much better

Absolutely incredible experience on a busy Friday night. I went in with 3 younger children who were very hungry around 6:30pm. Hostess was friendly and welcoming to us, the kids even got toys from the toy chest. Very spacious restaurant seating. Waitress was very attentive to the kids and brought their food first and quickly. Food was all hot and fresh, dessert was delicious. Great experience, thank you Swiss Chalet on Weber Street in Waterloo!
