Came here last night with my family, Swiss Chalet is always a very warm and welcoming restaurant. Our server Nicole was very friendly and checked in on us to assure our meals were great, and her service was very timely and efficient! As for the food it was delicious as always, the chalet sauce being my favourite part of my quarter chicken dinner. Will be returning!

I have been coming to this location since 2020 and I have always noticed how amazing the staff is. Cathy served us today, service is amazing the only thing that worries me is watching these wonderful servers struggle with the heat. The AC in this location never works in the summer. If you come in ask for Cathy and you will have the best experience.

We ordered take out sandwich and side salad. The Caesar salad was disgusting. All brown and old. VERY DISAPPOINTING !!!

Not a very good experience tonight. We were a group of ten. It took them over an hour and a half to bring out our food. Other groups came in after us, ate and left. We sat there hungery waiting. We asked for the manager. They didn't care what we had to say, all they wanted was go give us 15% off and walk away. When the food finally came out, the chicken wasn't even cooked completely, some pink inside and rubbery texture. We were very disappointed with the whole experience. We just wanted a decent chicken dinner with family. We felt rushed at the end because we didn't expect to be there 2 and a half hours. Sadly, this will be our last visit to this location.

Mother's Day, so you know it will be busy. I ordered the Family pk of chicken and the Family pk of Ribs and wings. Email says it will be ready at 5.40. When I arrived at 5.39 a text says we are very busy and my order will be ready in 10 mins and they will bring it out to my VIP parking spot. At 6 pm I decided to walk in to the pick up area to check on my order. Mass confusion with a couple of disgruntled customers who were waiting for their pick ups and one said he was waiting an hour and wanted to cancel so he could go elsewhere. When they checked on my order and it was ready I asked them to double check for accuracy because last time I got home with no chicken. She did and said it was accurate. The family pack of chicken was close to being accurate with the chicken not cut in quarters as requested and the vegetables side had 1 small piece of cauliflower and I regular size piece of broccoli and a tablespoon of shredded carrots. My Family pack of ribs and wings had no wings and the side of vegetables ( carrots and celery) I paid extra for turned out to be just rusty celery. We started going to this location back in 1980 and have always had a good experience until recently. Now I will follow Joe ( previous owner) to the Victoria Street location. Corporate is now running this site and doing g a poor job of it! I hope this review improves this location because my family have a lot of memories from this location. Also forgot our favorite Chalet sauce.

Waited over an hour for take out. Nobody was on the till so had to wait another 20 minutes just for a refund. Avoid this place on holidays especially mothers day.
