I was at Swiss Chalet today and I have to say had an excellent experience! Greeted by Heather and sat down by heather and served by heather. That being said, clearly understaffed restaurant. She did her best everything was perfect! Kitchen was fast and very great food! But it was the service that made my day, after sitting at Montanas for 25 to 30 minutes without getting a drink. Take out meal. Quality food, satisfying portions. Specials provided overall good price for meals ordered. Easy parking. Now open until 10:00 pm at the Boardwalk location. Service was a little slow after ordering at the counter but serverer was hustling and apologized for the delay
The service from Akshit was fantastic, as our server at Swiss Chalet. He was pleasant, kind and very efficient and it was his first day, which was incredible. He did amazing. If you see him make sure to say hi.
