The perfect healthy, fresh lunch spot! There’s a variety of salads, meals and snacks with lots of gluten free options. Morgan is creative with the menu, shaking it up with the seasons. My favourites are the peanut pad thai and fiesta bowl. Definitely recommend, it’s now my go-to lunch spot in KW!

My favorite spot to grab lunch in Waterloo! Their food is healthy and filling—it’s like getting home-cooked food when you don’t feel like cooking. Their coffee is delicious too. The owner is super nice too—always conversing and getting to know her customers.

This is a great place for healthy and fresh food with a variety of gluten and dairy free options. The owner takes pride in serving the food she offers and it shows. The quality and freshness of the ingredients shines through. My family and I were pleased to see the wide variety of options available that we could all eat and enjoy. We will definitely revisit next time we are in town.

I enjoyed what probably was the best clean cookie i had for a very long time. they hosted a company event where all my colleaguesand I were cery impressedby the quality and taste. The cookies and power energy balls were moist, delicious and most importantly super clean ingredients.

We used the three to cater snacks and wraps for an information session we were hosting at work for 35 people. Morgan was so easy to communicate and plan with! She created a spread of different vegetarian and vegan wrap flavours that were all so delicious that we didn't have one complaint from meat eaters! The energy balls with holiday flavours were also a huge hit. Definitely recommend the three!
