Hidden gem in Waterloo! The food was amazing! Good portion size! Friendly staff! I left there full! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! My wife has food restrictions and they were able to accommodate her no problem!
I really appreciate that this place offers healthy, whole food options. It’s the same kind of food I’d eat at home but I don’t have to make it myself! The pricing is a little higher than I’d want to spend on lunch. I ordered a sandwich and a smoothie. If there was a little more filling in the sandwich, I’d say the value is a match for the price. For almost $30 with tax and tip, I was still a little hungry after eating it all.

I was gifted a holistic meal prep kit. The meals arrived individually packaged, fresh, & were full of flavour! The baked goods & smoothies are also delicious & the atmosphere is warm & inviting.
