Not sure why this business man's don't want more money ?.They should understand that millions of people in this country don't speak great English (even some of theirs own staff). They serve the best steep tea, had such a bad experience ordering from university avenue tims, but this they never disappoint. The staff as well is so friendly, especially a staff member Kashyap helped me with the order and made sure the tea was stirred well:)
