This Tim Hortons service is the worst. Restaurant line kept getting longer and longer and staff did nothing. Why bothering opening the restaurant area if no staff are going to take orders? Every single person in line was so angry.

I came through the drive through today. The woman who took my order lacked any kind of personality, or kindness. After I placed my order, I was expecting to be told my total, and to please move ahead. All I got was 'pull up'. So I pulled ahead. The young man working the window was lovely. He was polite and said hello and thank you after I paid. He was kind and we had a good laugh. Next I have the same woman who took my order come and give me my sandwich I was waiting for. Again, no thank you, have a nice day, nothing. I got 'here you go' as she handed me my sandwich, not even in a bag. I made a comment about the service, the man at the window overheard me and asked if everything was OK. I just commented that the woman is lacking a personality and any kind customer service skills. Very disappointing to still see this kind of crappy service coming out of such an established company. To the young man working the window, please don't ever change! You are wonderful! I work in a restaurant and I would love to offer him a job! But I think your business needs his kindness more than I. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I hope the lack of personality changes.

I’ve ordered two Ice coffee’s around 11.15 p.m through drive thru. I’ve ordered with the instructions but unfortunately it wasn’t prepared following my instructions. So, the next day in the evening I went again to report to the store about what happened. The experience I had from the service team was unpleasant, they were people already waiting to order and were unattended. We waited until our turn and the guy was not ready to listen and showed bad attitude. Without listening he came to a conclusion and gave the new Ice coffee’s with the taste difference on both. I was expecting a good service with tasty food not with the bad. It was a complete disappointment.

On Feb 1st, I made an order here (first and last time). Their employee forgot to give me a pastry. I bought those for me and 2 friends and awkwardly I had to skip my breakfast cuz of their mistake. I called an employee over the phone said that she will let me pick it up on a later date ("no question will be asked but only give your name to us"). However, i came in today they told me that "no history, long time ago. There is nothing we can do". This is not alright and I am not letting it go. I can donate $400 dollars to church but I cannot let this arrogant owner take my $3.99 dollars. No

All winter We work weird night shift hours for snow removal services. The husband and wife team are the only reason we go there.. my coffee is always right, and service served with smile. They deserve a raise.. good staff are hard to find they give exceptional service every time. Thanks Guys... 3 cream 1 sugar gal.. Night shift team rocks..

I visited this location recently and had a delightful experience. I ordered the Egg and Cheese Farmer's Wrap, a coffee, and a bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese—each item was fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the visit even more enjoyable. What stood out the most was the cleanliness of the store, which added to the overall positive impression. Exceptional service and a well-maintained space—I’ll definitely be returning!

Please stop having cheap and lazy employees make the food. If a person pays for a product they should receive that product in full. For example, consistent problems include, cream cheese on a bagel missing from a cream chz bagel, icing on a donut missing.
