Terrible service. Took over 20 mins to get 2 wraps. When I spoke to the manager supervisor he told me that someone came out to deliver it to me they couldn't find me. I was parked right where they asked me to and was driving a full sized cargo van. The slow service upset me but the lying was too much.

I met handsome guy in the white Tim’s hoodie who opened the door for myself and my friend and we took selfie he was very friendly and welcoming and I think he was the manager or owner of the location.

I have been going to Tim Hortons for years and followed Graham to Tim Hortons on Westhill drive in Waterloo.
He is the most courteous person, very pleasant to deal with.Graham is very reliable always knows what every one of us order every time. It’s nice to stop everyday when we are out for our walks makes it seem like cheers tv show where Graham knows everyone’s name.

I had a very bad experience at the Tim Hortons at 5 Westhill Dr, Waterloo, ON N2T 0C4 on Sunday, August 24, 2024, around 5:00 PM. The quality of service was very poor, especially with the coffee. Sometimes, when I ask for a cup of water, they give it to me for free, and other times they charge me for just plain drinking water. I’m not sure what your policy is, but this inconsistency creates very awkward situations.

Rude staff, unprofessional. They’re in rush and don’t care about customers

Asked for the coffee and clearly mentioned about splitting it into two halves. The staff even didn’t even care to apologize and kept arguing that I didn’t ask for the split.

The worst tim hortons in KW, I stopped going and I work right across the road. Constantly screwing up my order. Handing my drink to the person ahead of me, watching them talk over my drink and then hand it back.. then they expect me to take it. They're always in a rush, why not just throw my food in my car window next time? They're so rude at the drive thru, can barely understand them half the time... I used to enjoy this place... now im going elsewhere with better service and im not being rushed to take my order from the window. If I could give negative stars I would.
