been here all through high school and usually slow but good, but recently the guy whos normally on food has been no where in sight and since then the foods just gone dowhill. my farmers wrap was burnt this morning, it was so crispy it was hard to bite and let alone eat it, there was no sauce on it and just not enjoyable.
Want to mention specially about employee Deep. He was so kind and generous in customer service.
I have been living in Waterloo for last 9 months and this location is my favourite one. The staff's super friendly and welcoming. Special shoutout to Chahat and Dhanush!!!
