The disgusting behaviour of the manager at this Tim Hortons is outrageous. Ordered a bagged tea which shows on their menu and on the order screen through the drive thru. Get to the window and it’s a steeped tea. I explain I ordered a bagged tea. The manager then yells at me that they don’t sell bagged tea and what do I know. I request refund and he refused. Awful service. Never will I go here again. Have reported to head office.

Ordered a cravable chicken sandwich and asked for no sauce. I was the only one in line. I waited 10 minutes then when I saw her prepping it I saw that she was putting sauce so reminded her no sauce. Instead of apologizing she tells me that the screen does not show that and that I did not ask for that. Then I look and instead of giving me a new bread she was trying to scrape off the sauce. . I asked her if I can get a new bread with no sauce instead. When she finally finished my order she threw my sandwich on the counter . I asked for her name and she would not answer. Then another worker said her name was cubba. That is completely not acceptable.

Always hit and miss but one thing is consistent for sure is you will wait about 30 minutes and get they will 90% of the time it will be completely wrong and they won't care to fix it
