While visiting a family member I was at Tim Hortons. I couldn’t help but overhear how the manager; I think her names Anoma, was talking to her employees. She was very rude and disrespectful with how she spoke to them about certain things especially when in front of customers. I then saw her take all the employees to the back to talk to them about something while ignoring the line that forming during this. I understand with being in a hospital and having busy hours with not a lot of people working but that is no excuse for the disgusting behaviour, especially as someone in an important role such as a manager/supervisor.

This is the slowest Tim Hortons in the world. Staff are pleasant but whatever processes other Tim’s use to move orders thru, is completely missing here. Monopoly since no choice here. Corporate should pay a visit.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. Considering this Tim’s is in a hospital, you would think the employees would understanding and respectful, but this is not the case. I came to this hospital to visit a sick family member, and went to go grab food. I come to the food court and a massive lineup is formed. There is a woman hogging up a cash just talking to an employee, who I believe was called Amona. The second cash was barely working, as someone was looking to talk to a supervisor. I thought if I returned later there will be a different scenario, so I returned a few days later. No one is doing anything, the store is in a mess, and no one is speaking english. After what felt like decades, I finally received my order. This was a while ago, and hopefully the service has changed, but I doubt. Do not go here if you don’t have to. Save your money.

Kulwinder has great work ethics. She is so professional and kind. Best staff here ! She knows all the menu items by heart and provides the best meals and drinks. I only like when she makes my orders. She is very friendly and approachable. Keep up the good work !
