I was treated like a VIP as soon as I walked in. The DJ happily played my request, the bartender was an absolute doll and made my night. It's been years since I've had so much fun at a bar in Waterloo I would highly recommend visiting. For a pre drink or your night out!

Highly recommend! UP Lounge is a great place for any function you may have where you look for attention to details. My family planned a 50th birthday party for my brother and me on the Victoria Day weekend and it was a Blast! UP is very clean and organized and the atmosphere is very chill. The owner Vittoria was great and made my birthday party memorable. She made sure she had my beer stocked and handy and served them with a smile. All of the staff there were great to deal with...very nice people. The food was very good to, the flatbreads and charcuterie boards were delicious.There was plenty of room to "Get my groove on" and the DJ was very good and took everyone's requests and had us on our feet for most of the night. I will definitely make a point of going back again for the "after hours party" on Thursday thru Saturday or booking it for future gatherings. Hope this helps. Party ON!! Peace.

The service and atmosphere is unmatched! Danii and Laura were so friendly and courteous the whole evening! The owner Vittoria was also such a sweetheart! Great safe space with many awesome events, and such a nice vibe!

This place is a hidden gem with all the different theme parties they have each weekend. I’ve been to a glow party, a dj night and when a band played and all nights exceeded my expectations. I’ve heard they’ve hosted burlesque shows as well. I always order a Corona and specially ask for a lemon which the bartenders do without hesitation, and they even remember to continue to do it for the remainder of the night.

Victoria and the bartender are super welcoming and provide great service. Hosted by @dj2cozy, the music and atmosphere was great, giving a great mix of music and vibes. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a higher-end lounge to escape the usual university crowd
Very nice aesthetic inside, however it's just so expensive for what they are offering, I paid after tax like $15 for a vodka cran with orange juice... I get you are paying for more than just the drink at these types of places but it's not THAT nice to constitute these prices, I will say bartenders and staff were very nice so they get a star

The music is nice but it needs to be properly calibrated to the size of the room, wayyyyy to loud. Also, the cocktail menu was disappointing. Ended up ordering a corona and they brought it with no lime. For the advertising they do, you’d expect a lime in your corona. I’m sorry this didn’t pass the vibe check for us. I was excited for a new place but unfortunately not my fav.
