I was treated like a VIP as soon as I walked in. The DJ happily played my request, the bartender was an absolute doll and made my night. It's been years since I've had so much fun at a bar in Waterloo I would highly recommend visiting. For a pre drink or your night out!

Highly recommend! UP Lounge is a great place for any function you may have where you look for attention to details. My family planned a 50th birthday party for my brother and me on the Victoria Day weekend and it was a Blast! UP is very clean and organized and the atmosphere is very chill. The service and atmosphere is unmatched! Danii and Laura were so friendly and courteous the whole evening! The owner Vittoria was also such a sweetheart! Great safe space with many awesome events, and such a nice vibe!
