They make customers offer tips at the front counter before basic service is even delivered.

Love the soup, drinks and food. Amazing place to study. Was here for my birthday. Staff is cool too.

99% of the staff is awesome there. Only reason for the review is because of the slightly larger guy who wears his Covid mask all the time. Very rude, petty and pretentious. I’ve only experienced difficult interactions with him and I’ve even bin refused orders. To be honest I’m not sure what I’ve done to rub this guy the wrong way lol but I wish him the best and he overcomes whatever internal struggle he has that stands in the way of him lacking common curiosity lol

I’ve always enjoyed visiting Williams—it's a great spot to hang out and enjoy quality food in a relaxed setting. On our recent visit, we tried the Strawberry Caramel Waffle, and it was absolutely delicious. It came topped with fresh strawberries, strawberry ice cream, whipped cream, a generous caramel drizzle, and a dusting of powdered sugar—sweet, indulgent, and beautifully presented.

We also had the Mac & Cheese with chicken, which was flavorful and well-seasoned. The portion was generous, with plenty of tender chicken, and it was served with a side of garlic bread that complemented the dish nicely.

The portion sizes overall were quite large, making it great value for the price. The warm, inviting atmosphere made it the perfect place to catch up and unwind. This location does tend to get quite busy on weekends, which speaks to its popularity, but it still manages to maintain a comfortable and welcoming vibe. A lovely experience, as always.

William Fresh Café is a great spot for breakfast lovers. Their food is tasty, and I especially love their waffles—particularly the hazelnut banana crunch waffle, which is absolutely delicious. The coffee is also quite nice and pairs well with the breakfast options. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a pleasant place to relax and enjoy a meal.

However, the biggest downside is the service. The wait time can be quite long—sometimes up to 30 minutes or more when it's busy. While the food makes up for it, faster service would really enhance the overall experience.

Hate that they have fallen into the trap of hiring international students who know nothing about customer service and are terrible at their jobs.

I feel like the priced salad bowls are not comparable to their quality of serving. My mom and I ate the Williams power bowl and they only gave us 3 pieces of chicken and the eggs were much smaller than what was advertised on the menu. It was just overloaded with lettuce and wasn't even served in a bowl. The nice thing is they give student discounts. The service is fine where there isn't a long wait.

Have been coming here for years. Really great place. However they HAVE to stop allowing one person and their laptop to occupy a booth for 4. We’ve walked out several times based on this with 2-4 people and nowhere to sit.

This is a great spot, I come here regularly to grab coffee, breakfast and do a little work on my laptop. The staff are friendly, they bring your food to your table and collect it too. The food is always made to spec. Lots of parking available in the mornings. The only downside is their tables arnt always wipes down but I feel like a high turn over rate it would definitely be hard to catch and keep on top off. Maybe if the staff had a peek when delivering food to wipe down the table, it would solve the problem. Overall would definitely recommend this location. The patio is also great

Its alright...
- Served cold soup
- Expensive ($5.38 for a single, premade, display glassed, cold, danish???)
- Decent ambience
- Plenty of comfortable seating
- A cheesy egg wrap that is indeed quite cheesy

The atmosphere is great. The coffee is very large and cheap for the quantity. I find other items expensive for their small portions, but the quality is really good.

Bagelwich was pretty small, not the cheapest sandwich. Milkshake was GIGANTIC and very sweet. Tomato soup was creamy and sweet. Great atmosphere
