Decent espresso drinks and, unlike Star Bucks, they have cocoa powder to top off your cappuccino with all options available in take-away should you want to work there a bit and go. Croissants. Food quality depends on who's cooking, but usually good Relaxed academic atmosphere full of university folks. They don't mind if you sit there for hours (unless it's a booth at busy meal times). Inner and outdoor seating - weather permitting. Wonderful staff! Playing decent oldies music going back to the sixties. Unfortunately there is absolutely no place to plug in your laptop, so bring it charged if plan to use it here long.

It's a nice cozy cafe with various options to choose from. Usually packed with people who add to the vibe of the cafe. On a summer day, I get my medium sized chocolate milkshake with cream and take it to Waterloo Park. On a cold day, I prefer hot chocolate or cappuccino in a corner spot to enjoy with a book or people-watching.

Williams has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s one of those spots where you’ll see people studying, catching up with friends, or just relaxing. It has a nice community feel to it. I love the art on the walls too it adds a really nice touch.
The food is solid! My personal favorite is the red pepper soup with goat cheese. It’s super comforting and comes with a side of bread, which makes it even better. I’ve also tried the matcha before and enjoyed that too.
Service is usually pretty quick, and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Definitely a go-to for a cozy lunch or a chill study spot.

99% of the staff is awesome there. Only reason for the review is because of the slightly larger guy who wears his Covid mask all the time. Very rude, petty and pretentious. I’ve only experienced difficult interactions with him and I’ve even bin refused orders. To be honest I’m not sure what I’ve done to rub this guy the wrong way lol but I wish him the best and he overcomes whatever internal struggle he has that stands in the way of him lacking common curiosity lol

I’ve always enjoyed visiting Williams—it's a great spot to hang out and enjoy quality food in a relaxed setting. On our recent visit, we tried the Strawberry Caramel Waffle, and it was absolutely delicious. It came topped with fresh strawberries, strawberry ice cream, whipped cream, a generous caramel drizzle, and a dusting of powdered sugar—sweet, indulgent, and beautifully presented.
We also had the Mac & Cheese with chicken, which was flavorful and well-seasoned. The portion was generous, with plenty of tender chicken, and it was served with a side of garlic bread that complemented the dish nicely.
The portion sizes overall were quite large, making it great value for the price. The warm, inviting atmosphere made it the perfect place to catch up and unwind. This location does tend to get quite busy on weekends, which speaks to its popularity, but it still manages to maintain a comfortable and welcoming vibe. A lovely experience, as always.
