Owner of Yang Yum is so welcoming and friendly! I moved to the Kitchener area not too long ago and a coworker mentioned how amazing Yang Yum is and that I have to try it. And little did I know he was so right!!! Packed with flavour, great portion, and always fresh.. this is my 3rd time ordering here now! 10/10 would recommend :) (honey butter box is to die for)

I ordered on uber eats because I was craving Korean food. Let’s say it did not disappoint. Genuinely the best Korean food I’ve had in my life. So flavourful, and their sauce is absolutely delicious. I’d definitely order again.

I love the fried chicken: white, red & black are all delicious!
I would also recommend the mandu, gamja jorim & japchae noodles. Call & order directly for a better price than their online ordering.

I was visiting from the States and craving authentic Korean food and Yang Yum Korean Recipe absolutely delivered! The service was warm and welcoming, and the food was incredible. The chicken was packed with flavor and paired perfectly with rice. That chicken + rice combo hit different (iykyk)!
The side dishes were also on point, especially the japchae, which tasted super authentic and brought me right back to home-cooked meals. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for real Korean comfort food in Waterloo.
Ordered chicken to go. Service was quite friendly. Chicken was a bit dry though.
Got the Yang Yum chicken box (sorry for the bad photo) and it was pretty good. I liked the sauce on the chicken and the cabbage salad. The mandu and pickled radish were good as well! Would definitely recommend
