Came here after my daughter recommended it, and I was really disappointed. The food did not feel homemade at all. The vegetables were mushy and clearly frozen, and the burger had that dense, uniform texture you get from a frozen patty. They also served plain sliced bread instead of buns. I understand not every place can bake their own buns, but at least warm it up? Even the cherry pie didn't seem to have fresh cherries, appeared to be premade as well. The staff were lovely, but the food was extremely disappointing for a restaurant that claims to serve home cooked meals.

Down to earth home cooked meals. Peanut butter pie is the best I’ve had!

Went there today for the first time; will definitely return again. Fantastic service by our waitress and meals came quickly. Food was very good - homemade goodness.

They went above and beyond with great customer service, plus the food was really great. Can't wait to try the pies when we come back another time.

Enjoyed the atmosphere of the locals and the servers were good. I had the country eggs Benedict which was just ok. The hollandaise sauce did not look or taste home made which was very disappointing. The home fries would have been more appetizing if they were cooked more golden brown with a little crunch. My companion had the regular breakfast and had the same thoughts regarding the home fries appreciated they were real potatoes and not deep fried. Prices very good and will come back.

Home fries need to be cooked longer to be crispy not saugy onions added with like mush also but wouldn't be bad if the home fries were cooked longer, other than that food was good and the pie was great like always
