Passing through to Kingston from Ottawa. For lunch got the smaller of the 2 beer sizes--the brew was fine, but $7.25 for about 12oz--and the Montreal smoked meat. The $22 sandwich was tasteless. I think the bread was toasted in a toaster--very dry and bland (and it's supposed to be rye bread!). The side of mustard didn't help. Tiny serving of kettle chips. Server was friendly and efficient, the deck has a nice-ish view, but can't recommend the food given the cost. If you're making Westport a destination lunch, pack your own beer, a homemade sandwich, and go sit by the lake.

Great little place. Super friendly staff and tasty food. Great view from the patio. Be aware this place is NOT dog friendly like some ads say, so leave your pup at home. Would recommend a visit.

It was ok the day we went. The brown ale was definitely a stout/porter. The patio was good and the staff was excellent. We did not eat. I could see this as being a busy place because of the location in the summer but it was nothing exciting.

Excellent local brewery & restaurant. My wife loves their IPA & red ale. I'm a fan of their pizza & chicken tacos.
Friendly service, live music on the weekends (check their online site for schedule), nice inside & raised back patio.

Note: this is a smaller place (I estimate seating for 60 inside, maybe 40 on the patio), on a nice day, or any weekend in the summer, you might have a wait for a table around the noon hour ~ I say it's worth the wait 👍🏻

Attended a book launch. The place was hoppin'. Tried the cream ale and the brown. Loved the brown.

Good beer, mediocre food, slow service, grossly overpriced. Will not be returning or recommending to anyone.

The food here was delicious without a doubt. But the best part of our dining experience was our wonderful waitress Olivia. As we walked thru the door she welcomed us with a great big smile. And all through the meal she was friendly and attentive. Do yourself a favorite and come eat here. Not only for the food but for the great service!

Something smelly. Dead mouse? Poo poo? Unsure.

From Ireland originally and was super excited to go to Westport Village from Ottawa. I saw on the map they had a brewery there too, so I tried to visit it yesterday at around 5:05 pm with my in laws for a beer and to buy some of their cans if we liked it. We were told upon entry that they were closing, as it had been a long day and they were hoping to finish early (Sunday's they close at 6 pm). Now having worked in the industry myself, I get that it's nice to close early especially on a long weekend, but we only went inside as we saw people in there chatting and the door was wide open. If you're going to close early, maybe close up shop to keep the punters out. Very disappointed we didn't get to try it out. We ended up going to Bridge Masters in Perth, where we were treated very differently.

Best beef dip sandwich of my life. The NEIPA and wheat ale were delicious too.
