“I have been a sushi lover for decades and could say I eat it twice a month or more.I was so happy when I discovered Rainbow Sushi. I have been to many sushi restaurants and was pleasantly surprised by this little gem.The staff are very nice and William our friendly server is always happy to see us and goes out of his way to spoil us. My favourites include the spicy salmon hand roll and squid nigiri. The hand roll comes with a very generous portion of salmon. Their miso soup is one of the tasted I have eaten. The house salad dressing is not typical and has a nice creamy texture. All the sushi that I have had here very good. I’ve introduced Rainbow Sushi to friends and family and they too say it’s their favourite sushi place.I would definitely recommend this gem.Thanks again to the staff and special gratitude goes to William who always makes us feel welcome and offers us great service. ?“

“My wife and I were staying overnight in Oshawa - and looking for something new to try. I Googled "Dim Sum" and Azian was the first restaurant to come up. Although they were supposed to be closing at 8:00 on a Thursday night and it was already after 7:00, we decided to give it a shot. We were seated immediately and there were several other tables still occupied, so we figured all would be well. It was more than just well - it was absolutely fantastic! We ordered Hot & Sour Soup, Spicy Tuna and Spicy Salmon rolls, the Deluxe Dim Sum Combo (it's at the end of the menu under "Chef's Exclusives") and the Vietnamese Spicy Fried Rice with Chicken. The soup came out immediately and was amazing. A huge bowl for $4.99 and there was plenty for each of us to spoon into our bowls. The Spring Rolls from the Dim Sum Combo - which contains two pieces of EIGHT different dim sum items (!!) - arrived next and were crispy and delicious. Next were the sushi rolls, all of the remaining seven Dim Sum items tastefully arranged in a giant steamer, and the rice. Let me just say that every single item in the Dim Sum Combo was absolutely perfect - I really couldn't single out one because they were all fresh, tasty, and amazing. WOW! The sushi rolls were both great - four pieces of each, which was perfect for the two of us. We were getting pretty full by then, so we just had a few bites of the rice. Although it was very tasty and light, we didn't feel it had much heat to it, so we mentioned that to the server. He suggested we ask for it extra spicy on our next visit, which we will. We took most of the rice back to our hotel room that night and put it in the fridge. When we returned home the next day, we popped it in the microwave for a couple of minutes and it tasted like it had just come out of the wok. Although it could have been spicier, it was certainly light and delicious. We especially liked that the chicken was cut up into small pieces, which was a nice change from the big chunks you often get in fried rice. We probably could have done without the frozen peas and carrots but, otherwise, it was a nice plate of rice. Overall, Azian is just an incredible restaurant. We barely scratched the surface on the various Asian dishes they offer (Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, etc.), so we can't wait to return and try some new items. However, we'll definitely get the Dim Sum Combo again, because it is simply outstanding. One final note - the service at this restaurant is excellent. We must have had three or four different staff members come to our table to see how we were enjoying the food - not being obtrusive, just genuinely interested in getting our thoughts. Super friendly people cooking amazing food. You can't go wrong with this place.Parking: It's in a big outdoor mall, but not near the other stores, so there is tons of parking available.“

I went there this mid afternoon for a Take Out order and ordered a number of items.My wife and I had it for early dinner and the food was ever so delicious.Melanie was such a pleasure and bubbly individual with lots of smiles accompanied with her extremely warm welcome.I would absolutely return for many more delicious food to try on going forward.She will certainly be my Go-To favorite Thai Restaurant from now on and I will continue to support local businesses that strive to do the best in their endeavors.Thank-you once again Melanie for your delicious meal you had prepared for us.Cheers.“

It has been such a long time that I have been so excited and thrilled with a restaurant, especially with the unique Guyanese flavours that I have not had in years, since my mama passed.2 types of Black Pudding??? WHAT??Yes for many, maybe I have been living under a rock, but to be in a restaurant, bright, spacious, clean environment, followed by old school soca music (I would have screamed if I heard 'King Turbo'....Listen, plenty food on my wife's plate for the Palm Court Special Fried Noodles. Nothing but the best service from owners, to waitress.Then to top off my lunch to meet the Guyanese Chinese Cook! He was engaging and recommended us foods from Asian origins. Corn dog was a bit late but we still liked the food. Would come here again!“
“my favourite sushi. the customer service is great, there’s always a very sweet woman serving. i only do pickup but the ingredients stay fresh, even when reheating the next day. their sesame chicken is amazing, the rolls are huge no matter how many you get. miso soup and salad are great. always ready within 5-20 minutes of ordering. the prices are great too, with an entire meal (bento) being just $18 including tax. the first place i’ll go when i’m planning a party or am just feeling sushi. i don’t really leave reviews but i’ve gone to this place so much i feel i should. great place :)“
