The food was deliciously amazing and fresh and quantity was more than enough. 1 platter was untouched because Allahumdulliala there was more than enough food. I asked for extra rice and they were very kind enough to alter my order !! highly recommend this place !! it was everything you can ask for in a package without worrying to arrange anything extra on the side. Naans were so soft, I just had some with my morning tea 😋 Thank you for the delicious food and service !“

“Chachu’s is a spot that delivers on flavor but has some work to do when it comes to service and overall experience. We recently ordered takeout and tried the OG Chicken Tikka Wrap, OG Chicken Tandoori Wrap, Chicken Tikka over Fries, and Tandoori Chicken over Rice, and on the food front, everything was excellent.

The wraps were packed with flavor, with tender, well-marinated chicken and sauces that tied everything together beautifully. Both the tikka and tandoori wraps had just the right balance of spice and creaminess, making them filling and satisfying. The chicken tikka over fries was a standout, a hearty, indulgent dish with juicy chicken pieces layered over crispy fries, smothered in sauces that made every bite addictive. The tandoori chicken over rice was another winner, with well-cooked, aromatic rice pairing perfectly with the smoky, flavorful chicken.

While the food left a great impression, the ambience and service need serious improvement. The setup looks run-down, and the kitchen area could use an overhaul to match the quality of the food being served. On top of that, customer service was a letdown, I had placed an order over the phone and arrived after 25 minutes, only to find that my order had been completely missed or forgotten. Having to wait again after planning ahead was frustrating and showed a lack of organization.

In short, Chachu’s excels in food quality, the wraps, rice, and fries dishes are genuinely delicious, but if they want to build long-term loyalty, they’ll need to improve their service reliability and spruce up the ambience to make the overall experience as strong as the food.“

The portion sizes are big, the prices are fair and the customer service is always friendly and welcoming. Definitely my go to place whenever I’m nearby.“
