Pizza Nova offers good-tasting pizzas with well-cooked crusts and welcoming customer service. Orders can sometimes take a while to prepare, but the reasonable prices and daily deals make up for the wait. The takeaway service is convenient, and the extensive topping options are a highlight for visitors from abroad. Staff and owner are always friendly, polite, and helpful to any questions. Many customers appreciate the care taken for special requests, such as vegetarian options, and trust the staff's attention to quality. The menu includes popular items like pizza polo, garlic dip, and wings, which are highly recommended. However, some visitors have noticed that the location lacks accessible buttons, which can be a barrier for wheelchair users, as shown in Google photos. Overall, Pizza Nova aims to improve its service and pizza-making process to meet customer expectations.
