Our server Bella was very attentive and friendly. Food was delicious and the service was amazing.

You can't beat the priced.. went out for Father's day...my only complaint would be the portions could be bigger...come on guys it's just a little more corn or potatoes...otherwise an enjoyable meal

Chuck’s Roadhouse in Stouffville is a convenient spot when you’re looking for a casual meal that offers good value. The menu has plenty of variety, the portions are generous, and the everyday Happy Hour specials make it an easy choice to visit.

Everything during our visit was perfectly fine—friendly service, food arrived in a reasonable time, and the meal met expectations without really standing out. The restaurant also has lots of TVs throughout, making it a great place to catch a game while enjoying a meal or drink.

Overall, I’d rate it closer to a 3.5-star experience. It’s a solid, no-frills option with consistent value, convenient location, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it worth stopping by

Food here has really been horrible its not the cooks fault its the way it is processed. TV dinners have better taste

I have so much to say about this location. Came here for Father’s Day and my wife and I ordered the steak and lobster. Place wasn’t very busy when we arrived (half the tables were empty) took 10 minutes to get our drinks and 30 for our food. Lobster was very salty and not edable, corn literally has no taste and was still sitting in a pile of water, fries were old and cold, I asked for my steak to be well done and came out raw. I usually don’t send food back but 1. It was expensive and 2 if I didn’t I wouldn’t be able to eat anything. The waitress brought over a small plate and asked us to put our fries and steaks on it so she could get us new ones. When the food came back out it was the same food she just got the cooks to re-fry/ re-heat the ones she took. And steak still came out raw . Now this concerns me even more because they refried my half eaten fries I’m assuming in the same fryer everyone else’s fries came from. They are re cooking eaten food in the same oils / grills which means we all could get sick . Forgive me but that doesn’t sit right with me . Needles to say i wont be coming back here anymore its a huge health risk im just not willing to take especially with so much disease going around . Most places would have thrown out previous eaten food and replaced with new food. (I’ve also read from other reviews that they experienced the same issues) . For the sake of everyone’s health please change your food standards.

Best value in Stouffville,food not great but not bad at all

This location was extremely disappointing. The employees were disrespectful, and the overall customer service experience was poor.

The manager, Jen, came across as very aggressive and unprofessional. She lacked basic customer service skills and made the situation uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend visiting this location, as customers do not appear to be treated with respect.

Jen the manger is disrespectful, has an attitude problem and needs to find a new profession. I am pregnant and she kicked us out because one of her employees that doesn’t know how to do her job.

Been coming to this location for many years and it's been general quite consistent and good tasting!

It's a summer lit bar vibe with one side that's more like a family sitdown restaurant and they're able to accommodate larger parties but make reservations.

The food prices have stayed competitive over the years and if anything I think the food is getting better overall!

Friendly neighborhood vibes and comfort food eating.

I give them 8.5/10!

Absolutely disgusted with this location after last nights dinner, i came in after a long day and power being out at the house for hydro work had one of my buddy’s come along with me, during dinner he had ordered a sizzler plate understanding it was not a fajita but asked if it’s possible to get a tortilla he was told that’s not an issue at all and they can do that, food comes out mines fine his has flat bread slices for the dip instead of a tortilla, he asked about it was told they would send us our server, next thing you know the MANAGER of the store comes dashing out from the back speed walking over and just right off the bat start digging in to him shouting and extreme amounts of attitude and just very rude behaviour, yelling at him they have been told not to do this and will never do this for him again, yelling to the point her voice is cracking up like she’s going to go ballistic all over the fact he asked for a tortilla, didn’t realize asking for somthing is a reason for the managers face to be red and screaming at you leaning over your table treating us like we are idiots, then after all this I head over to the bathrom to find a man sitting on the garbage can taking a dump in the garbage can but yet he was able to sit down no issues but us asking for a tortilla had this lady losing her mind screaming at us and just taking her anger out on us for no reason what so ever, would really like to see somthing be done about her position and honestly doubt I’ll be back there after 5 years if not more of being a loyal customer, just issues after issues at this place from drunk people sitting at your booth, talking to your girl friend and touching them, people pooong in garbages and now an awful manager that has anger issues and can not control her self
