tried the coffee milk tea during their $4 promo with no ice and 30% sugar. drink flavour was still very watery. i highly suggest a hong kong cafe for this drink. this was a significant in watered down version for around the same money

I really love this gong cha. the workers are so nice!! one of the workers were singing too and it sounded so nice😅
They ran out of large straws (needed to drink the tapioca and jelly) but only told me after I paid……

I like the variety they have on their menu, but even the 50% sweetness level is extremely sweet. Can't imagine what regular is like

Really enjoy their bubble tea! Always order my favourite kind - Brown Sugar. It is the favourite for me of any place. Staff have always been really nice. This is our preferred location for any time we want a bubble tea.

I waited 30 minutes for two milk teas and a waffle, and I’m not pleased with the experience. The drinks lacked flavour, and the waffle was cold after sitting in the kitchen for so long.

Went to this location cause I saw they had the new xl cups. Showed them the gong Cha Canada post about their xl cups/drinks and was told they're not doing those. I asked why and wasn't given a clear answer, just that they're not doing it. Very disappointed in this as it was my first time going to a gong cha. The staff are friendly and nice and that's why I gave an extra star. Call the individual sites first before you waste your time going and not be disappointed.

The SouthAsian staff made me a bubble tea which makes me had a bad diarrhea. Maybe they have exceeded ecoli.
