Hey, I really like going to this place for a good burger for dinner. The lady at the counter is always so nice and welcoming. She always greets you with a smile and a great attitude.

Don't drop in here to a place an order, I waited over 30 minutes for my order, and it was just a burger and fries. They obviously have the food delivery industry as their main priority and that's fine, it's how they make the profit, so order online or by phone.

Would recommended you guys cook your burgers in beef tallow or ghee and not Seed oils but I don’t know if you already doing that just a suggestion

I used to love getting a large poutine here. It never disappointed and for so long too. But I feel I need to leave an honest review that will hopefully catch the owner's eyes so they can act on the feedback.

I've ordered my third poutine recently and each time the poutine was dry. The poutine was really just fries and cheese curds. The gravy was almost non-existent which defeats the purpose of buying a poutine, especially when it's priced at $13, you don't expect your poutine to turn out dry.

Pictures can be provided, the base of the container is white, basically no gravy making it to the bottom of the container because there was just barely enough to cover the top layer which is disappointing and frustrating. Again, you don't expect your poutine to turn out dry when it's priced at $13.

I'm not sure what happened over the past year. Whether there was a change of ownership, but it feels like the establishment is trying to pinch their savings by under-serving the portion of gravy, and puts it on the customer to pay for more.

Don't get me wrong, I completely understand that if you want to soak your poutine with gravy then yes, that's extra and you should pay for it. But tricking customers to pay for gravy when there clearly wasn't enough to begin with isn't fair or reasonable.
