Cosmos Lounge is a nice place, although it has limited seating that can make it difficult to find a seat, especially when there's a show happening at the nearby casino. The hotel itself is beautiful, but a bit pricey. The rooms are nice and clean, with plenty of towels provided. The service can be mixed, with some staff members being very welcoming, while others, particularly the younger blonde worker who checks IDs for the casino, can be rude and make customers feel unwelcome. The hotel's pool is also often crowded and may be closed at times, despite being advertised as open. Overall, the casino and hotel staff are generally nice, but the limited seating and inconsistent service can be frustrating for some visitors.
