Typically a fast food restaurant is not memorable but Quesada is an exception. I've become very attached to their Cilantro Lime Fish Burrito bowl. On a bed of rice with crispy vegetables and refried beans it's healthy and novel taste treat!
Used online ordering for a 5:05pm pickup, and waited over an hour as walk-in was prioritized over prepaid online orders. I guess they figured they already have your money, why bother to provide even a shred of service?
Absolutely unacceptable order management, and it took over 45 minutes for the supervisor to decide to put more than one person on the backlog of 40+ orders.
I feel terrible for the line of people waiting outside who had pickup times after mine.
