I ordered breakfast through the app, and everything was PERFECTLY hot and ready when I arrived at the restaurant. I was also welcomed with a BIG smile and genuine kindness from the young cashier, which I really appreciated. She deserves a BONUS for her excellent attitude and customer service!

Im not the type of person to leave reviews but I was getting dinner on my way home from work, haven’t been to Wendy’s in a while and thought it would be nice to switch something up for tonight. I will definitely be coming back. Not only was the food amazing, the girl with the glasses taking my order (I think her name was cielle according to my receipt) was the best. Wendy's offers a mixed experience. While some customers have had issues with orders, such as receiving fewer wraps than expected, others have praised the great service, wonderful atmosphere, and very good food. Many customers highlight the fresh, high-quality food, including juicy burgers, crispy fries, and tasty Chicken Wraps. The drive-thru is quick, and the interior is spotless and nice, making it a convenient and satisfying place to visit. The restaurant is well-located with shared parking nearby, usually easy to find a spot. However, some have noted that their tomatoes often have the core, and they tend to forget extra pickles most of the time. The overall impression is that Wendy's consistently provides good food and service, with some minor inconsistencies.
