Sir Cedric's Fish & Chips Reviews
The food is always good and the choices are varied. Great specials too. Been eating here since I was a child and we have a family get together here regularly!!
My husband and I finally made it to Sir Cedric’s in Windsor to try the halibut dinner. It was as delicious as the reviews described it. Our waitress was extremely friendly and pleasant, the food was served very quickly. It was hot, fresh and melt in your mouth. I highly recommend this restaurant for the best fish & chips in Windsor, hands down. The prices are competitive and our meal was well worth the price.
Ordered last night 2 piece haddock piece looked like fish sticks out of a box , ordered extra tartar and got home and opened bag and got none

Sir Cedric's Fish & Chips in Windsor offers a delightful dining experience with a reputation for being one of the best places for fish and chips in the city. The waitstaff are friendly and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The halibut dinner special is a popular choice, consistently praised for its top-quality taste and generous portion. Customers also enjoy the two-piece Cod dinner, along with other menu items like jumbo shrimp dinner, fries, side gravy, and coleslaw, which receive high praise for being fresh and hot.
The restaurant features good portions at decent prices, with specials available on most days, including affordable Haddock options on Wednesdays and special deals on Tuesdays. The fish is noted for being crispy, airy, and non-greasy, and the fries are favored for their crispy texture.
There are many tables available for dining in, and the decor is sparse but clean. For dessert, options include ice cream, pie, butter tarts, and eclairs. While the restaurant has received positive feedback, some customers have pointed out the need for cutlery and napkins with takeout orders. Despite this, Sir Cedric's remains a beloved Windsor institution, known for its massive portions and attentive service.
