Tim Hortons is a well-known Canadian restaurant chain. The staff is friendly and outgoing, with happy faces. The drive-thru service is prompt, with minimal wait times. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and clean, with lots of space for parking. Customers can count on efficiency and correct orders.
The manager, DeeDee, is an exceptional leader who takes the time to listen and treat everyone with respect. This store is very busy, but DeeDee works hard to ensure everyone is doing their best. She is constantly on the floor, monitoring the operations.
The staff at this location is super friendly and welcoming, creating a positive experience for customers. One employee, M., was described as one of the most energetic and uplifting individuals encountered.
However, there have been some mixed experiences. A customer had an issue with a mobile order and was treated with suspicion when attempting to get a refund. The customer felt that some of the workers forget that the customer is always right.
