Tim Hortons is a great place with friendly staff and excellent service. The front is a nice spot to sit. Some customers noticed a burned smell in the back during cooking. While most drinks are made perfectly, the new pizzas may be hit or miss, with one customer receiving an undercooked and lacking pizza. The chicken craveable is highly recommended. Overall, this Tim Hortons location is clean, welcoming, and a favorite for many customers. However, some people who work here are extremely slow and do not care about their customers. They would rather hide in the back laugh and carry on among each other rather than taking care of paying customers. Customers have had to several times get their food (bagel) incorrect, which is unfair since they are unable to eat it.
