Had an absolutely amazing experience with this branch! Such helpful and nice employees, especially the cake maker/decorator. He worked with me to create my dream icecream cake for a pre-wedding event on short notice and executed it perfectly. He went above and beyond and I couldn’t have imagined something so beautiful. On top of that, it was absolutely delicious, my guests loved it, and it was ready before my pickup time. I would rate over 5 stars if I could!

I couldn't be happier with how beautiful my daughters graduation cake was decorated. The gentleman at Baskin Robbins Islington/Napa Valley was very helpful, kind and patient helping me choose a design. He is detailed and the cake showed it. I was very impressed and so were our guests, it was beautiful. Thank you!
